Merchshop ai is an end-end solution for your custom merch. We manufacture and ship items from Atlanta, GA, USA, or directly from supplier partners throughout the United States and Canada.

Internally we will use the fastest and best shipping method for all orders. This applies to all pre-production samples or returns.

When placing an order, you will be provided with shipping options.

For Residential Delivery we recommend:  
USPS® Priority Mail®

For Business Delivery we recommend:
UPS® Ground when delivery times are not essential.
UPS® Standard when ground shipment savings and in-hands dates are required (5-Day).
UPS® 3-Day when a same week delivery is required.
